The Story

This deal started with a trip to Korea. Looking to find the right capital for the building, we flew overseas to meet with contacts and were introduced to a high-net-worth family office. The result was a structured joint venture that allowed a Korean investor to acquire two-thirds of the building alongside a local New York operator.
