Team Lead
Mr. Anton is a Senior Managing Director and Director of the firm’s Global Capital Group. He is located in Marcus & Millichap’s New York office, the firm’s largest. With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, his group is focused on investment sales and equity placement transactions in the New York metropolitan area. Additionally, Mr. Anton is Director of the Global Capital Group at Marcus & Millichap. In this role, he is responsible for identifying new sources of inbound capital to the U.S. from across the world. Mr. Anton has spent many years traveling to meet investors in Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo, Cannes, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Germany, Canada, and Korea.
Since joining Marcus & Millichap in 2017, Mr. Anton has completed several signature deals, including the recapitalization of 520 Fifth Avenue, a $650 million development site in the heard of the Grand Central submarket, the net lease of the Times Square Theater, a $100 million project on West 42nd Street, and the NNN ground lease of the IAC world headquarters.
Throughout the course of his career, he has successfully completed more than $23 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including office, multifamily, hotel, and development site transactions. In addition, his group is active in the structuring and placement of debt, mezzanine, and equity capital for a broad range of commercial real estate assets. Mr. Anton has successfully closed more than $3 billion of debt, mezzanine, and equity financing.
In 2022, Mr. Anton and his partner, Nelson Lee, were the recipients of two prestigious awards for their sale of the Martinique Hotel, which included the restructuring of the underlying ground lease and the leasing of the vacant retail space. The awards were “The CoStar Impact Best Sale” and first place “Henry Hart Rice Achievement Most Ingenious Deal of the Year” award issued by the Real Estate Board of New York (“REBNY”).
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Anton was Senior Managing Director at HFF’s New York office, where he completed many signature Manhattan deals, including the $330 million sale of 1407 Broadway and the acquisition financing for 645 Madison Avenue. Prior to that, he was Managing Partner at Brookfield Financial, wholly owned by Brookfield Asset Management. Mr. Anton began his career with Lendlease, an Australian-based construction management firm.
Mr. Anton is a director for the Real Estate Board of New York’s commercial division, a member of the Board of Associates for the Ronald McDonalds house of New York, and the National New Leadership Board of Israel Bonds. He is also an active supporter of Asphalt Green, a non-profit that provides high-quality sports, swim and fitness instruction, and programs to New York City children and adults.
Mr. Anton earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Finance and Development from Columbia University after graduating with a dual degree in European History and Political Science from Brown University. He resides in New York City with his wife, Christina, two children, and dogs Charlie & Sharpie.

Leadership
Justin Natalizio is a First Vice President at Marcus & Millichap, focusing on investment sales, partial interest/TIC sales, and joint ventures. He has completed 20+ transactions totaling over $550,000,000 in total sales volume during his tenure at Marcus & Millichap.
In 2018, Mr. Natalizio was honored with the Pace Setter Award, an honor given to brokers during their first full year for outstanding performance. The prior two years, he qualified for the National Achievement award which is given to brokers who secure over $1M in gross commission. Justin and his partner also earned the largest commission on the East Coast at Marcus & Millichap.
Mr. Natalizio is an active member of the Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association and REBNY. He often donates his time to philanthropic causes and has donated consistently to his alma mater since graduating.
Mr. Natalizio is a graduate of DePaul University’s Driehaus College of Business, where he earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate. In his free time, Justin enjoys skiing, scuba diving and hiking.

Mr. Lee is the Co-Chairman of the Global Capital Group at Marcus & Millichap in the Manhattan office and has more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience. The Global Capital Group works with Institutional and high-net-worth clients from around the world interested in investing in the United States. In the last three years Mr. Lee and the GCG team have traveled to more than 20 cities in 11 countries to facilitate both real estate investments and capital markets transactions as well as to provide consulting services. Mr. Lee has closed more than $1.65 billion in commercial real estate transactions, including hospitality, multifamily, development, and retail, along with debt and equity origination.
Mr. Lee’s family is originally from Nanking, China, and emigrated to Taiwan, where Nelson was born. His family had been investing in real estate prior to arriving in Manhattan, where they began acquiring real estate as early as 1978. Mr. Lee was exposed to real estate at a very young age, accompanying his father to meetings and visiting landlord/tenant court to help translate on his behalf. Mr. Lee has been instrumental in helping with his family’s real estate acquisitions and management for the past 40 years.

The Team
At Marcus & Millichap, Mr. DiMeco serves as the team’s Senior Financial Analyst, where he oversees analytical efforts including financial modeling, property underwriting, due diligence,
and market research.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Anthony was a Manager in the Strategy and Transactions practice at Ernst & Young. In his role, he led sell-side and buy-side financial diligence efforts for strategic buyers and private equity clients. During his time as a Manager, Anthony executed over 30 transactions ranging in enterprise values of $50 million to $2.5 billion. Prior to this role, Anthony was a Senior Associate in Ernst & Young’s Audit practice, primarily focusing on real estate funds.
Anthony attended the University of Connecticut and received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Account (CPA) in the state of New York and member of the AICPA.
In his free time, Anthony enjoys running, hiking, skiing, and discovering new places to eat around New York City.
Trever Gallina joined Marcus & Millichap with The Anton Group at the end of 2020 as Vice President of Retail Property Sales. Prior to joining the firm Trever achieved twenty successful years as a retail leasing & sales broker in Manhattan and Brooklyn. During that time, he represented both landlords and retailers on a neighborhood and national level and has completed over $1B in gross volume transactions with nearly $100MM in sales. Trever’s sole focus is representing sellers in Retail Investment Property Sales.
Trever is a member of REBNY, ICSC, and Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association of New York (YMWREA). He is also a fundraiser for the nonprofit group, The Red Circle Foundation, providing financial assistance to military Special Operation families in their time of need.
Trever is a lifelong alpine skier, having learned at the age of four, he has skied all over the Midwest, Summit County Colorado, Montana, and has enjoyed heli-skiing in British Columbia. He is a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, having trained in the country of origin.
Born & raised in Madison, Wisconsin, he has lived in Williamsburg Brooklyn since 2001 with his wife Henrietta and daughter Grace.
Mr. Steiner is a recent addition to The Anton Group and is excited to be part of a team of top-performing professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and results. He primarily focuses on office, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in Manhattan.
Adam began his career as a fellow in the prestigious William A. Millichap Fellowship program after graduating from Pennslyvania State University. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he was quickly promoted from corporate fellow to associate with Marcus & Millichap.
Mr. Steiner always strives to act in the best interest of his clients and is committed to providing them with the highest level of service and expert guidance. He is licensed to sell real estate in both New York and New Jersey, and specializes in investment sales in Manhattan. His extensive knowledge of the market allows him to provide his clients with a diverse range of opportunities to achieve their real estate goals.
Growing up right outside of New York City in Northern New Jersey, Mr. Steiner has a deep understanding of the area and a unique perspective on the real estate market.
In his free time, Adam enjoys playing golf and hockey, as well as following European soccer and attending real estate related social events.
Henri Kessler is a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap’s Global Capital Group and a member of The Anton Group.
He is responsible for identifying new sources of inbound capital to the US from around the world thus establishing relationships with Pan-Asian and European Family Offices, International Investors, Global Brands, Developers, and Institutional clients providing services ranging from owner representation to advisory services, investment sales, and 1031 exchanges.
In 2017 Kessler joined Marcus & Millichap after brokering the sale of the AMC Village 7 Theater located in Manhattan for $32,250,000. Subsequently, he has traded over $75,000,000. in CRE transactions. As a member of The Anton Group, he is currently focused on Manhattan properties that are in the “City of Yes” rezoning districts. Additionally, representing developers and owners of alternative Industrial entertainment and production facilities nationally.
Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap Kessler was a Partner at The Robert Evans Company, located on the Paramount Pictures Studio lot in Hollywood. During the 11 years there, Kessler developed feature films & television series for The Robert Evans Company and then created a working relationship with the EVP of Licensing at Viacom, and founded Woodland Hotel & Resort Group, LLC which started identifying real estate opportunities for Paramount Pictures inspired Boutique Hotels globally.
In 1996 Kessler was Founder and CEO of Offline Entertainment Group where Kessler produced and/or developed over 25 titles that received the Sundance Grand Jury Prize, Cannes Camera d’Or, IFP Gotham Award, a nomination for an IFP Independent Spirit Award and a nomination for a Best Foreign Film Academy Award. During this time Kessler has spent many years traveling to film festivals and international markets in Cannes, Hong Kong, London, Singapore, Berlin, Toronto, Seoul, Tokyo, Shanghai, Havana, and Rio.
Max Rapko is a recent addition to the Anton Group and is specializing in office, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in Manhattan.
Max received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware with a major in Finance. Always intent on pursuing a career in real estate, during college summers and winter breaks Max held internship positions at two real estate development firms in Fairfield County, Connecticut, which is where he grew up
