The Story

Mr. Anton sold this project, a 92-key hotel, to Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company. The project was half finished when the developer ran into financial trouble. The transaction was difficult to complete given the issues related to understanding the costs to complete construction of the hotel and the risks associated with taking on an already started project. Over a period of 7 months, Mr. Anton used his background in construction management to assist Mass Mutual assess the risks and successfully close the sale.
