Nian Liu is a new addition to The Anton Group. His primary focus is on mixed-use and multifamily in Manhattan and sourcing global capital mainly from Asia and Europe.

Nian Liu has a unique background and experience, which proves that he is a valuable member of The Anton Group. He was born and raised in Athens, Greece and is of Chinese descent. His global business acumen and trilingual abilities allow him to be a contributor to the team.

Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Nian worked for a boutique residential investment firm based in Beijing where he focused on sales in London for high-net-worth Chinese families. 

Nian Liu is a recent graduate of NYU’s Schack Institute of Real Estate where he completed his Master’s in Real Estate Development and Global Real Estate. Nian also pursued his undergraduate degree in Real Estate at NYU where he was a student-athlete on the swim team and competed, as well as placed, nationally at the NCAA swimming championships.

During his free time, Nian likes to lift weights, play tennis and squash, travel, and make friends.
