Mr. Nestler is a recent addition to the Anton Group. His primary focus is on New Jersey Investment Sales in the industrial commercial space. 

Having spent his entire life living in New Jersey, Mr. Nestler is an expert in the area. During his tenor at Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Nestler has facilitated multiple Industrial transactions in the Northern New Jersey market. 

Prior to Joining Marcus & Millichap, he attended Drexel University graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate Management and Development. While at Drexel Mr. Nestler was a member of the Drexel Real Estate Club as well as the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. 

Mr. Nestler participates in many charitable organizations. Most notably, Mr. Nestler works closely with the Staff Sergeant Joseph D’Augustine Memorial Fund, supporting disabled combat veterans of the United State Military.

In his free time, Matt enjoys golf where he still competes in local amateur events.
